NORTH KENT TRIALS COMBINE MEETING HELD 12th July 2007.
Clubs Present: Bexleyheath, Double Five, Erith, Kent & Sussex, Sidcup. (5 clubs with 8 members present)

Apologies for absence: Andy Hogg, Peter Burton and Barry Wilmot were accepted
Minutes of Last Meeting: Ok
Matters Arising from those minutes: The question of insurance cover for roadwork is still being pursued and a forthcoming trial makes it clear in the regs that there is no time element involved in the trial.
July 8th Trial Double Five round 6: Stewards report read out; the course was 3 laps of 13 sections, all sections manned and the event started on time. There were 49 competitors of which 12 where entries on the day and 1 non-starter for which the club were aware of. A very well organized event with no problems and all riders spoken to had enjoyed themselves – well done Double Five.
Comment from those present; the two new sections needed some thought to get it right but were cleanable and several other sections you needed to be accurate, a good days sport.
August 12th – no combine event: No NKTC meeting on the 16th August.
August 11th & 12th – Kent Youth running Youth British Championship round at Cowden: Kent Youth will need 20 observers and punch card clippers each day. Contact Andy Hogg if you can help 07894 806788
September 9th Trial Bexleyheath round 7: All ok and at Burwash – Double Five to provide the Steward.
SE Centre Trials Combine rules update: Discussion on some of the rules that will affect how clubs administer their events and that all entries must be on official forms. All 4 documents that are to be voted on are on the website www.SouthEastTrialsCombine.org.uk and will be sent to clubs to look at in committee ready for the EGM. Any suggestions by clubs to be included in the vote will be incorporated onto the website under Document 5 as they come in.
Items for NKTC AGM: To introduce an Over 40 class on the blue route.
