NORTH KENT TRIALS COMBINE MEETING HELD 17th May 2007.
Clubs Present: Bexleyheath, Double Five, Erith, Kent Youth, Kent & Sussex, Owls, Sidcup. (7 clubs with 12 members present)

Matters Arising: Colin did have a discussion with the rider concerning his use of language.
May 13th Trial Owls round 4: Stewards report read out; 3 laps of 14 sections, 48 entries, all paperwork in place, good route marking to event, very professional looking set up, earlier start time due to bad weather was well communicated, riders spoken to were enjoying trial and it was an excellent event despite the worsening weather later on, high scoring event due to weather, some sections changed/altered due to excessive mud, 10 retirements, an excellent well run trial well done the Owls club.
Comment from those present; very good trial, coped with bad weather well.
Clarified that the rider who changed route on the day will not qualify for points or awards.
June 10th Trial Erith round 5: All ok; at Jackson’s Wood, Horsmonden and Owls to provide the Steward and help is likely to be needed with observers.
July 8th Trial Double Five round 6: All ok at Chads Farm and the Tour de France route may cause some delay to competitors arriving, there will be something about it in the programme. Erith to provide the Steward.
Info from SE Centre Board mtg 16th May 2007: Any problems we can contact Jim Parker or Gary Thompson at ACU HQ. Items relating to trials discussed. Colin confirms that Carole Nash have said he is covered for roadwork in trials. Question asked of JP and GT about youth and 125’s (SW will follow up).
SE Centre Trials Combine mtg 23rd May 2007 Blindley Heath 7.45pm start: Rule updates will be under discussion in readiness for EGM.
Any other business: Ilford B&W trial coming up is adult only not youth, simple misunderstanding at the beginning of the year when the dates were being decided.
There is an update on disability in sport in the last Sport Moto which affects application for trials registration and this will be put onto combine website.
